We want you to love your SAU LEE pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to domestic returns, while international orders are eligible for return at the customer's expense.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
